responsible for the traditional customer service function, but you will also play a vital role with the business operations as well.
The customer services team is a vital sales and service resource that includes handling all orders and general customer enquiries. The team also schedules bulk deliveries as well as ensuring inventory between our warehousing partner and our systems are aligned.
You will be able to successfully prioritise tasks to meet deadlines including conflicting priorities, and work effectively under pressure. This role demands a high level of professionalism and leadership. You'll be resilient by nature and have a "can do" attitude, be an outstanding communicator, skilled at building positive relationships within the business and with our customers.
Experience with Greentree is desirable, but not essential. Also good Microsoft Office skills are required.
